Twenty years of weddings, distilled into the order that actually works. Check things off as you go — this is the week-by-week work, separate from the suite milestones tracking your portal progress above.

02Ceremony music

Traditionally three songs cover the ceremony. Specific songs are needed here — or hand the reins to Barry.

03Cocktail hour

Any specific songs or a vibe you're after? You can leave this one entirely up to Barry.

04Introductions

The order and names of the bridal party, all the way down to the couple. Music is needed for introductions too — the most popular format is three songs: parents, bridal party, then the couple.

Names can be tricky — tap record and say each one the way it should sound. Barry listens to every voice note before your night.

05Special dances

First dance, parent dances — whatever's on your night. Add a row for each.

06Speeches & blessing

Who's saying a few words — and if there's a blessing, who's giving it.

07Reception formalities

The classic moments — tell Barry which ones are happening and how you want them.

08Reception timeline

Sketch the flow of your night. This is your proposal — Barry has final say and will fine-tune every cue with you before the big day.

10Do-not-plays

Some people can't stand certain songs — Barry gets it. If it's on this list, it doesn't get played. Period.

12Your vendor team

So Barry can coordinate directly with them on the day — one less thing on your plate.

Shared with Barry. Your whole vendor team goes straight onto his day-of command card — he coordinates with them directly, so on the day you only deal with the good parts. No digging for phone numbers while you're getting ready.

13Enhance your event

The upgrades that take a great night further. Ticking a box books nothing and charges nothing — it simply tells Barry you're curious, and he'll personally follow up with details and availability.

No payment is taken here. Tick a box and it’s on your plan — nothing is charged, nothing is booked. And on the night, I’m your guy: we go over every detail together before the first song.

14Anything else

Family dynamics, pronunciation guides, wild ideas, worries — lay it all on him.

15Send Barry your materials

Files Barry should have in hand before your night — company logo for the screens, a run-of-show document, award lists, slideshow photos, and videos for the screens. They attach to this plan when you send it, same as the name-pronunciation recording. Videos are welcome here; a big one (over ~7 MB total) rides better as a link — drop the link in the notes box below and send the file itself to Barry, and he'll match them up.

      Sign your agreement

      The Proud Promise, in plain English — no fine-print maze. Read it, type your name, and your date is officially, properly locked in.

      1. Your 25% retainer locks the date. It's non-refundable, because your date comes off the market the second you book it.
      2. One free date transfer, within 12 months. Life happens — your first move is on the house. A second move needs a new retainer.
      3. Transfers move at dollar value. If the new date costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference stays as credit.
      4. The balance isn't due until the party's over. Pay early anytime you like — most couples chip away at it.
      5. Paid above the retainer and change your mind? Cancel 7 or more days out and it's refundable; inside 7 days it becomes 12-month credit.
      6. After the night, you've got a 7-day grace period on any remaining balance — then 1.5% per month applies, and collection costs are on the client.
      7. A card or bank account on file is required at booking. That's what actually locks your date — no card on file, no locked date.

      The short version above is a summary. Your full signed agreement carries the complete terms — this signature confirms you've read and accepted them, and it rides with your booking from here on.
